
PJ first took an interest in lifting weights at age fourteen. High school sports sparked his interest in fitness and weight training. Through building his own body and reading many books and articles on fitness, nutrition and weight training, he started to see great changes in himself. He decided to attend the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida. He received a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute in January of 2005. He continues his pursuit of knowledge and has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine since September of 2005.
He has held positions as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness in Glendale Heights, Illinois and Jade Health Club and Spa in Miami, Florida. PJ has trained many types of people and enjoys watching clients attain their goals time after time.
PJ is also still active in sports and athletics today. He is currently training for and competing in Submission Grappling and in Mixed Martial Arts. Fitness is not just a job for him; it is a way of life!

QUESTION OF THE DAY MATERIAL: I am a male 5'9' and 172 lbs and I work on my feet all day. I am working out 3 times per week at my gym, eating fairly healthy, and no matter what I can't get six pack abs. My food selection is not always perfect, but I know my calories are under 1500 each day. What can I do to get six pack abs?

For this position we prefer a college degree in an exercise science related field. Applicants with outstanding resumes who lack a related degree may be considered in some cases. You must also have a current national personal trainer certification and at least 1 year of professional experience.
PAY: Starting between $50-$90 per hour.Personality is a must. Energy is definitely a pre-requisite. This position is not full time at first. Much client feedback is needed to determine if you will be a great match for this rapidly growing and popular training program. James is looking for the best of the best in training creativity and upbeat personalities.
