Orange County’s first and only Indoor Fitness Boot Camp is designed to give you the best full body workout possible, with a mix of weight training, core, and cardio. As soon as you step in the door you will be pumped up with our motivating fitness experts and their upbeat music. Be prepared to spend a grueling 20-30 minutes on a treadmill integrated with 30-40 minutes of rigorous strength training, followed by guided stretching.
