The Workouts
I use mostly body weight exercises that make people lean & tone. My workouts are designed for women specifically. I’ve helped my clients attain modeling contracts, modeling jobs for magazinges and TV shows, and I’ve trained professional singers, musicians, and film stars. I started in Orange County and Los Angeles, CA but now Minnesota is home to me. I love working with tight deadlines and aggressive goals. Nothing is impossible if you have an achievable goal and put your mind to it. Don’t be shy to aim high, and be willing to work hard enough to deserve the outcome you are seeking.
Nutrition
Nutrition is what gives you the fuel to exercise. It is what alters your hormones for better or for worse. Workouts without recovery nutrients cause damage, immunosuppression, fatigue, and break down. If you eat badly enough, you will not get results with any trainer or workout program. If you follow my nutrition plans, the results will seem to come fast and easy and you’ll feel stronger and more energetic than ever.
