QUESTION OF THE DAY MATERIAL: I am a male 5'9' and 172 lbs and I work on my feet all day. I am working out 3 times per week at my gym, eating fairly healthy, and no matter what I can't get six pack abs. My food selection is not always perfect, but I know my calories are under 1500 each day. What can I do to get six pack abs?

QUESTION THAT WILL BE ANSWERED: I am trying really hard to get abs and I am almost there. What do I do to get six pack abs? Do you think crunches or sit-ups are better?

QUESTION THAT WILL BE IGNORED: Do you think six pack abs are genetic? I do. Life is just not fair.

Vacation and Bonus Pay

Personal Trainer Position (highly competitive)
For this position we prefer a college degree in an exercise science related field. Applicants with outstanding resumes who lack a related degree may be considered in some cases. You must also have a current national personal trainer certification and at least 1 year of professional experience.
PAY: Starting between $50-$90 per hour.
Boot Camp Instructor Position (highly competitive)
Personality is a must. Energy is definitely a pre-requisite. This position is not full time at first. Much client feedback is needed to determine if you will be a great match for this rapidly growing and popular training program. James is looking for the best of the best in training creativity and upbeat personalities.
PAY: Starting between $30-$110 per hour depending on trainer popularity.

Meal Preparation Chef
If you love to cook and eat healthy you will love our unique nutrition system and recipes!
PAY: Starting pay depends on experience and qualifications. Partnership opportunities will be discussed.
Membership Counselor Position
If you are passionate about fitness and would like to help us with new client orientations, contact follow ups, and the sales process, James would love to hear from you!
PAY: Starting pay depends on experience and qualifications.
Gym Attendant
If you like working with people in a fast paced, energetic, and positive environment, we want you! Get away from the desk a bit and have some fun.
