The workouts are primarily body weight exercises that help my clients get lean, slim, & tone. My workouts are designed especially for women who don’t want to bulk up. I’ve helped my clients attain modeling contracts, modeling jobs for magazinges and TV shows, and I’ve trained professional singers, musicians, and film stars. I am passionate about working with tight deadlines and aggressive goals.
I like the cardio intervals because as a model I can’t afford to bulk up. James has unique exercises you won’t find anywhere else that are geared just for women’s body types. I like to try every workout like pure barre, yoga, spin, pilates, etc. but I feel like I get the results of all of these combined with just James workouts.
